Booking Policy

  • Booking is confirmed after full payment for the session or package.
  • The appointment is scheduled according to availability and agreement, or through the booking system.
  • Please respect the scheduled time to maintain the quality of the experience and receive the full benefit of the session.
  • If there is no attendance without prior notice, the session is considered completed in full.

Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment is made in advance to confirm booking, and all prices are in Saudi Riyals.
  • If a package is purchased, its benefits must be used within the stated period when applicable.
  • Any transfer or payment processing fees, when applicable, are the client’s responsibility.
  • The service provider may update prices or offers at any time without affecting existing clients.
  • A full refund may be requested only if cancellation takes place before any session begins and at least 24 hours before the first appointment.
  • Once the consultation service has started, the amount is not refundable.
  • If a package has been partially used and cancellation is requested, completed sessions are calculated at the single-session rate and any remaining balance is refunded according to the stated conditions.
  • Refunds do not include late cancellation or no-show cases.
  • Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases such as inability to provide the service by the service provider or a technical payment error.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • A session may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before its time.
  • If cancellation happens less than 24 hours before the session, the session is counted in full.
  • If there is no attendance without prior notice, the session is considered fully used.
  • If the client is more than 10 minutes late, the session is considered fully used.
  • If the service provider is more than 10 minutes late, the session is compensated or rescheduled in full.
  • Sessions can be rescheduled according to availability and prior agreement.
